Absence Request Form: In line with government recommendations we request that you do not take holidays during term time as this can be disruptive for your child's progress. Only in exception circumstances will authorisation be granted. To request term time absence please use the form below.

Medication: If your child has a medical condition that the school should be aware of please ensure that we have the relevant information so we can help them whilst they are here. 

If your child requires any medication to be kept in school or needs any short-term medication, please complete the Medication Form below and return it to the school office.

 School Lunch FormAll London students are now entitled to free school meals. This also applies when pupils are off site at a class or sporting event if it falls over the lunch time period. Parents are welcome to supply a packed lunch from home for these occasions, however, if not, please complete the attached form advising the food options. The form must be returned to the school office 6 days prior to the event.
