Family Learning Sessions
Each term at Holy Ghost we are delighted to invite parents into school for a Family Learning Session.
In these sessions we will focus on a particular area of the curriculum and provide strategies and resources for parents to support their child's learning at home.
Reading
These sessions aim to be supportive and engaging, and empower you as parents to guide and support your child's reading. Our sessions focus on helping build foundational skills in phonics in KS1 and secure reading strategies in Year 2 through to Year 6, so you feel confident supporting your child's literacy and learning at home.
